Your safety is our priority and responsibility! What precautions are we taking to ensure your health and safety?

Protecting the health and well-being of all Fatso Hard® Kitchen LLC employees and customers is our top priority.
As a start-up company, our staff is small which makes the transmission of information quick and easy.
We follow a rigorous process guided by the FDA while being able to quickly implement and reinforce health and safety practices.

We’re frequently washing our hands, using hand sanitizer, changing gloves after each task and most importantly, staying home should we feel the slightest bit sick.


As we prepare to take your dining experience to the next level, please know we are committed to providing top notch service in the safest way possible.

Fatso Hard Kitchen’s Food Prep Protocols:

Ongoing education for all employees on safety and best practices

Closely monitoring symptoms of employees via temperature checks and daily health screening

All kitchen employees must wear masks covering mouth and nose

All kitchen employees must wear non-latex disposable gloves at all times replacing frequently

Constant cleaning of kitchen surfaces with alcohol-based products

Frequent hand washing throughout the day at contact-free hand washing stations in kitchen with antibacterial soap and alcohol-based hand sanitizer

No outside vendors allowed in building – deliveries will be made curbside, received outside by our employees, then sanitized and kept outdoors for 24 hours prior to use

No outside visitors and internal staff are allowed in the food production areas

All meals will be served in a single vessel wrapped in plastic wrap.

Fatso Hard Kitchen’s Delivery Protocols:

Maintain time and temperature controls

Delivery drivers will sanitize car after every delivery

Hand sanitizing products and gloves provided to all drivers

Contactless deliveries available

Drivers have also been advised to stay home if they are feeling sick or exhibit any symptoms of acute respiratory illness

Can COVID-19 be transmitted through food?

According to the Centers for Disease Control (CDC)

“there is no evidence to support the spread of COVID-19 through food.”


Additionally, “there is likely very low risk of spread from food products or packaging that are shipped over a period of days or weeks at ambient, refrigerated, or frozen temperatures.”


Maintaining the safety and quality of our product and ensuring our customers’ well being is our highest priority.


Rest assured that we would never do anything to put either of those at risk.
