We will curate a customized dining experience for you and your valued guests! We want you to feel reassured that you and your guests have the best experience possible! Half-Hour Consultations are held via Zoom or Teams. Let’s talk about any dietary restrictions, menu customizations and budget for your dining experience. In order to ensure we understand your vision for guests to attain an enjoyable and unforgettable experience, please take a moment to review our menu offerings for a robust conversation. For budgeting purposes, please note Dining Experiences will fluctuate based on menu selection and preferred service (i.e. delivery only, exclusive set-up). Following the consultation, we will prepare a proposal for your review and approval. If the proposal is acceptable, we will forward the catering agreement and invoice for payment respectively.

Pick - Up
Pick up your order from Fatso Hard Kitchen, LLC at The Hatchery Chicago located at 135 N. Kedzie Avenue, Chicago, IL 60612. You must schedule in advance and we’ll have your order prepared, served in disposable pans which includes serving utensils.
Delivery Only
Fatso Hard Kitchen, LLC will prepare your order, deliver to your event location served in disposable pans or exclusive setup service, including serving utensils for presentation to guests.

Fatso Hard Kitchen, LLC will provide services to include staff member(s) based on number of guests (additional fee of $45.00/(4) hour minimum), setup prior to and break down after event, prepare your order, deliver to your event location served in disposable pans or exclusive setup service, including serving utensils for presentation to guests.
Delivery up to 10 miles $45
Delivery between 10 – 20 miles $75
Delivery over 20 miles in IL $125
Traveling Dining Experience – Ground, Air and Lodging negotiated
