Fatso Hard Kitchen was born from family, memory, and love. Raised by grandparents after losing her mother as a child,
Chef Wanda (Dubs) grew up surrounded by uncles who became father figures. One uncle, tall and unforgettable, earned the nickname “Fatso” a name that later came to her in a dream and became our brand.
